Monday morning…
The team got some much needed rest to recover from jet lag. At 9am, we meet for breakfast, prepared by Rubin’s parents, then headed out for Santa Maria to blitz the village for Bible club beginning the next morning. Met a bunch of kids and many came up to the school auditorium to watch us decorate the room.
In the afternoon, we headed to the mall in Cluj as well as several souvenir places, as many of these are closed on the weekend.
We then got back to San Mihi to get the church ready for our evening Bible club. We had hoped to do some blitzing – inviting children to come, but the rain clouds opened and kept us inside. Both venues are ready for clubs to begin Tuesday.
