Continuing the thoughts of various mountains mentioned in the Bible, Coach included thoughts about Mount Zion in Jerusalem. Following the service, our team enjoyed a Romanian bbq of mici and chicken.
”One of the best preserved Roman forts in Romania today is the Porolissum. It is also one of the largest in the country. Today visitors can see one of the city gates = the Praetoria Gate is in excellent condition and still has two circular towers. Visitors can also see the many ruins of the old fort and traces of the colossal Porolissum Amphitheatre.”
“Porolissum was a Roman city in Dacia. Established as a military camp in 106 AD, during the Dacian-Roman wars of Trajan, the city grew rapidly through the trade with the Dacian natives, and became the capital of the Roman province of Dacia Porolissensis in 124 AD.”
